After 6hrs of delays yesterday my flight was canceled, @ChaseSupport kept me on hold from 12am-4am to help reschedule bc we couldn’t get through to @JetBlue & their flight rebooking was NEVER confirmed/ticketed even when they swore it was & sent confirmation emails to “prove” it

@ChaseSupport Under no circ*mstances should you buy a car through Chase. Purchased a car in March 2020 and STILL waiting for title documents. Chase lost the title and their title department is completely incompetent. 18 months and Chase has done nothing for long time customer.
